I don't think No Surprises would work very well if it wasn't a simple song, I can agree with that. It HAS to be a lullaby in order to be effective in what it's trying to portray.

The thing that blew me away first couple of spins was the ‘mini-suite’ nature of the first five songs - they ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ blended together

Exit Music and Let Down are both their most perfect...but for me Let Down slightly edges out Exit Music. It’s been my favorite song ever since I first heard it, still can’t think of anything to top it.
