Now I just feel bad for picking on the guy, after all "if you are a hip-hop fan you should not be allowed to speak here."

This thread has gone completely off the rails, what happened? This is a place for superior intellectuals & everyone else should GTFO.

Just a little bit of disagreement ya know, people from the hip hop genre were involved so the level of conversation must have gotten lower than usual. Nothing special

Fitter, Happier really brings post-modern philosophical ideas into the mainstream, leading many of us to question if progress is truly progress and achieving safety, security, health, nonviolence, and intellectual homogeneity is really worthwhile if it comes at the cost of our humanity, freedom, individuality, and real stakes in life.

OK Computer is truly an intellectual masterpiece.

For the hip-hop lovers: Fitter Happier is so crazy yo! It's like blowing my mind. I dunno what pigs in a cage have to do with computers, but it seems pretty deep. I feel like a pig in a cage when my mom wont let me go out to a movie past 10 haha xD

Gorillaz is lame, but compared to the rest of ear-carnage in the 2000's they were ace

One time I saw Rowan write that No Surprises sounds like it was written in five minutes ...

...ever since then I've been going back and forth on whether or not I agree....

Because it has a relatively simple structure and arrangement? That works in the song's favour

No, that's not why

It's because Rowan is like ... super smart.
