Red herring. This has nothing to do with the domestic abuse claims. It's innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. If you cut me off in traffic, then get accused of extortion and racketeering, are you automatically guilty? Not at all, and it would be foolish to make such an outlandish assumption.

What you believe and what you can prove are two separate things. You can believe he’s guilty all you want, but the fact of the matter is there isn’t substantial evidence to back up your claim. In the eyes of the law he’s innocent, which is what I care about most. You brought up these little irrelevant side factoids too about losing bandmates, being dropped from labels, blah blah. Not interested.
