i think listening to the two ben albums and then the two marcus albums (along with sun sleeps ep) is a really interesting experience, you get to see some subtle shifts and different focuses with the two "eras"

big obsiddy doesnt really fit in with the other two to me (in part bc its a lot less good lol) since northlane has moved entirely out of the progcore sound at this point but i am still pretty impressed with that album. i still jam it sometimes and its quite a lot better than i thought they were capable with marcus
but boy do i love erra self titled lmao. one of my favorite albums ever made

Lows are insane, cleans are insane, everything is insane. Dude just pops the fuck off. Easily the best in the scene and came out of relatively nowhere. And I'm picky about vocals

There´s a stunning album around here somewhere, beneath the astonishingly bad mix. It sounds brittle and too "reverb-y" to the point of becoming tiresome after 3 or 4 songs.
It´s a shame, because I love what I can endure of it before my ears ask for a timeout.
