To a point, I agree with this as well, the style of that song doesn't fit with the rest of the album for me either. I also think the same about American Teenager which, as the second track, really throws me out of the vibe of the intro and it takes me a while to get back into things.
Strangers, Western Nights & Family Tree are the ones standing out to me most after a few spins. My rating hasn't wavered much/at all from my initial listen, but I still feel like I'm uncovering things each playthrough. Maybe something will click that marks a significant shift in my appreciation, but maybe not.
