First listen underway - Side A is over and I'm grabbing a glass of wine. The opener went over my head a little tbh, but Julia is phenomenal and [dormouse sighs] brings a lot of my favourite Pale Horses vibes back. Flee, Thou Matadors gets points for those hecking guitars in the outro as well, holy shit (also love it when the second verse kicks in). The band and arrangements in general are tight as shit tbh, but I think all of this needs time to sink in
