obliteration is a great band and I hope they're here to stay

but like wiz said about this and ulcerate pulling the posers out of the woodwork...with so much hype and attention on BDH from regular metalheads, that's attracting the same kind of attention to obliteration now. ffs, obliteration is #2 on the site's most popular albums. so don't forget that that's getting (over)hyped the same way

For me, guitars and vocals tend to blend together. Yes some bands really, REALLY stand out in that measure; usually it is drums and bass that really draws me in.

In that regards :

Obliteration > Ulcerate > Gorguts > Carcass in that regards.

My overall listening pleasure :

Ulcerate > Gorguts > Carcass > Oblitertion

All 4 are incredible releases though. I tend to follow my ear for drumming and excellent bass work
