Yeah this video i jammed with my friends a lot. Incredible moment where Bryant takes guitar and amplifies the jam x100.

From personal experience, apparently girls does not get in to this album. I never met a single one who does not like Panopticon or ITAOT, but anything from here gets discarded with something like "Oh please, turn this off, that's some bitter and salty music" or similar answer.
Speaking of girls, where is Sevengill?

Maybe it's his vocals. They're a bit amplified here and he literally sounds like an animal at times so it's not surprising. Though Weight is pretty accessible.

Yeah screams on some of the Oceanic tracks can make some of death metal bands run in shame. Btw Bolzers Soma has vocal performance somewhat similar to Oceanic's. I still think this album is one of the most elegant "heavy" sounding albums around.

This is quite a bit more sludgy and conventionally heavy than Panopticon or ItAoT
by conventionally I mean musically cuz Panopticon arguably has a thicker atmosphere

Red Sea is probably his most 'brutal' vocal performance hardly his best though
