I like some tracks but the rest is pretentious garbage

this has some bad moments but i wouldn't go so far as to call it horrible. mk ultra, unnatural selection, and exogenesis are nice

Uprising is meh, t/t is meh, Undisclosed Desires is horrid, Guiding Light is zzz and the rest I don't remember

Funny, I find myself digging Undisclosed Desires and United States the most, they're the most focused and melodic. The other songs might have cool ideas but they get lost in all the empty Queenesque grandiloquence

Title track is one of my least faves, horrid lyrics and I loathe that Queeny "he could be wrong, could be wrong" shit so much

Undisclosed Desires is poop, album is not that bad. But as a whole is a letdown, that's for sure.

Of course, everybody knows that the 2nd law is unsustainable as fuck. Even bellamy and company recognized that

They should've stayed in the vein of Origin/Absolution/Black Holes longer and perfected that general sound, then maybe they might have produced an album worth a grade higher than 3.0

This band has so much potential, why after six albums are they yet to realise it

It has some dope elements, but too overblown. I swear if they made an album with Origin's experimentalism, Abso's oomph and BH&R's focus it would be a 5

That five second burst of Bohemian Rhapsody is foul yes but the epic Indian-sounding riff that succeeds it makes up fo it
