"Nope. Has too much crap"
Like what?

@qwynbleidd
The skits suck, some songs are underwhelming ("Amityville", "Marshal Mathers", "I'm Back) and "Kim" is more of a shock piece to make people uncomfortable than a singular body of music. That being said, still a great album.

I think what made me love this in the past was his delivery, like in B*tch please... He sounds kinda sarcastic or something every song has a different nuance

The only one I'd consider to be "weaker" there is I'm Back. The other two rule. And I think it's unfair to lump Kim into the shock value category considering just how ridiculously emotional it is.

The skits are definitely the low points here, but they don't take enough album time to drag down the rest of what's incredible on here. "I'm Back" and "The Real Slim Shady" both have an upbeat cheesy chorus and overall more of a light feel, but I still like both tracks a lot and I think they work well in context. They aren't the best on here or anything but they certainly don't underwhelm at all, unless you're comparing them to some of the best stuff on here which is just untouchable. Eminem's stuff on "Amityville" is actually pretty awesome IMO, it's just the guest stuff that's weak. And yeah I DO think the guest stuff on that track is some of the weaker stuff on here, but it's still awesomely dark. "Marshall Mathers" actually fucking rules though so IDK about that.
And "Kim" as "more of a shock piece to make people uncomfortable than a singular body of music." I think is completely wrong. That track absolutely rules, I still love it every time I listen to this album (and I've listened to it countless times). I definitely think it's a shock piece but it's so well done, the delivery and mood are so perfect, that it doesn't get old at all.
And @Ricochet, I really love the delivery on here as well. He has a lot of different ways of approaching songs and that keeps the album really fresh from start to finish. It's part of what I disliked so much about Recovery, his delivery was exactly the same (and contrived) throughout the entire thing.

Pretty sure he was talking about NOTHINGLEFT, if you were getting all butthurt about him referencing your post.
|

Oh damn that means so much coming from you.
I realize it's trolling however I don't think it's particularly well done because :
a) the people that think he's overrated probably don't think he recorded several great albums
b)They probably don't agree that he's produced some of the genres best songs (or not to the same extent anyway)
c) Probably do believe this is his best because of the singles (and it's their opinion whatchu gonna do about it)
So overall it isn't really proving anything to anyone.

Oh well I figured someone calling others out on stupidity would be bright enough to figure that much out. But thanks for pointing it out just in case

Assuming someone named TrollAltDel had any credibility to begin with? lol

@SCREAM! you know my latest post was directed at Troll not you right?
Also this dude's name is TrollAltDel so no need to pay him any attention (though I do kind of like that name as a troll account).
