"What I'm trying to say is that all tracks here are 8/10, the album never oscillates, it's stationary
excellent."
I don't know about that. There's certainly a uniform sound, but there is a real "peaks and vallleys" (for lack of a better term) vibe to it

baseline almost correct for once
this album really does rule but i think whats holding me back from giving it a higher rating is that some parts are superfluously drawn out. I understand the use long crescendos, atmosphere and contrasting climaxes/builds, but sometimes I feel like they could have trimmed some of the fat. I think Times of Grace, while less dense and more straightforward is a better and more effective album
