This album needed to be caught up in an east coast west coast feud and riddled with bullets.

I'll assume that's a smiley face, ins. And yeah, deep down I think that's what the album always intended to do, Zak.

Not defending myself? Album is a classic and sure it has influences but what's wrong with influences. You have to have inspiration? I don't see how anyone can call this mediocre? It emotional, dark, and powerful. I'm sorry you have no feels apparently but every listen just gives me goosebumps with every listen especially listened from track 7 to track 6. A story folds about a man who screwed up his life and wanted to take his life but took someone else's in the process and hated himself for it and wanted to kill himself. Which builds to the end. Which also alludes to God's perfect number being 7 and the devil's number being 6. Hence, The DEVIL and GOD are raging inside me. It's a great allusion and a great story. Track 7 starts off where the last album left. This album is a classic and I'm defensive of Brand New. Like I said there will be inspiration here or there but you have to appreciate their twist and creativity on it.

Brushed, I'm glad you like this as much as you do. It makes me happy when someone connects to art so deeply, but there are always going to be people (especially on this site) that claim your opinion is stupid. You just gots to deal.

art.

I normally get a band to move my tiny part. Being so desensitized by porn, it takes a lot to get me off.

This album is always here for me when I hit rock bottom. When I have nowhere else to go, this album is always here. When I have doubts and questions about God this album is here for me. It's like a dog. And no one doesn't like dogs and puppies
