OK I relent, this is a great album, not the originals, but in the grand scheme of metal it holds up very well, i do not take back all I have said about dio era BS, but at least have soften on them

Album is amazing and substantially better than Mob Rules and Dehumanizer. I forget it came out as long ago in 1980 sometimes.

It's a great album but it doesn't really sound like Black Sabbath, imo. It's not really Black Sabbath without Ozzy in my mind. Still a great album, though, Dio was really a great singer.

No idea about live, as i've never seen either ^^ but i'll take MrSirLordGentleman's words for it.

Unpopular yet justified. I can easily understand how this one can be in someone's top 3 Sabbath. For me, it's somewhere around 3rd-4th but on a good day it might even be my favorite.
