No-one said they shouldn't be allowed to attend shows in general, just that there is a bit of personal responsibility for the actions of those with intent to cause persecutional violence if you as a band say 'hey I'm absolutely OK with people who engage with those activities and beliefs to be at my shows'.
You can't vet people unless they have like nazi face tattoos ofc, but you don't have to come out and say theyre cool to give you money and join in with your stuff, and you don't care if they want to exterminate and persecute other races.
I don't think that's particularly extreme.
