I could never finish their sophomore record tbh, the production on it is always a major turn-off

if i had to rank it'd prob be

this > nevermind > bleach

band got progressively better upon each studio album imo, which is a pretty great feat. incesticide and the unplugged are amazing too obv.

I know calling any Nirvana song "underrated" by this point is ridiculous but let me indulge in the fantasy.

Scentless Apprentice is underrated as fuck.

Best song on the album. Has that amazing production that makes you feel like you're in a huge stadium with a thumming drum beat, but the guitar lines cut in so close and in the chorus Kurt just gives fuck all and pierces your ear drums with his vox of static. Interesting lyrics too.

And let's not forget - that fucking riff in the verse. Or how about the lead-in to the chorus? The guitar work, so memorable. The verse riff is so militaristic.

it's one of their more under-appreciated songs yeah

Old Age and Sappy have more attention and they weren't formally released in full until the boxed sets

The live versions of 'Scentless' are devastating. Still prefer 'Milk It' a bit but those two are something else

Not gonna lie - never seen nirvana live except for as i call like one video and only because it was a kurt/courtney love documentary(ya....that kind lol)

Watching it now - goes hard af, might as well be considered metal honestly.

Yeah on Scentless after the second chorus and the disjointed guitar bit when you're greeted with that riff again you know it's safe to say Nirvana didn't fuck about and are the greatest.

Your opinions are based on 16yrs of shite 10 of which revolved around happy meals, adventure time and hugs off teacher. Shove it.
