I don't know about perfect... La La Love You is kind of meh, I might bump this down to a 4.5 honestly. MAYBE Bossanova too.
I think it's starting to become obvious that Surfer Rosa is my favorite.

I've come to love the production on Surfer Rosa and the production on this grates in comparison (just listening to the album version of "River Euphrates" vs. the Gil production)...but I still definitely think this one has the stronger songs. There are a lot in that league on Surfer Rosa but a good chunk of the album doesn't feel too inspired to me whereas this one just keeps comin!!
