Yeah, man, they are definitely one of the best live core bands on the planet - that period especially was awesome cause they played both new and old tracks. And I've got to admit they sound much better live than they do on record, like Home is so embarrassing here, but hearing them play it is fucking sick

As much as I like Deep Blue despite its shortcomings, I'm not going to pretend it's better than Atlas. Atlas has always seemed like the more sincere, more mature album, and I think the songs are just more interesting on the whole. Blue and the Grey is also a serious contender for best song they've ever recorded.
