This album basically shows how amazing their musicianship is whereas Oceanic and Panopticon are basically about progression and atmosphere imo. Though the atmosphere on here is still killer.

The first three tracks are so epic it's crazy. I seriously pay attention to the drums so much more than anything on here actually, he really has an awesome sound.

The first two and last two are Isis at their best, never cared much for Hand of the Host though

Hall of the Dead is goddamn amazing. That part in the second part where he pounding away on the drums is beautiful
