lmao yh, the differences between motW Driver cleans, early KD Driver cleans, and Hubardo onwards Driver cleans are more night and day cycles than my calendar can compute

nah keeps getting better (ignore the shit out of the jason byron comeback on the hubardo opener though lol)

although tbh he really hit it off on the Gamma Knife bookends, those 2 performances rly went in his stride

First time hearing this album I was hopped up on heavy painkillers after a car accident and this album made me cry. 7 years later, sober, still crying

Pretty close to agree with this. That buildup to the final insanely heavy riff at the end gets me every time.

Yeah, Manifold’s the perfect musical narrative to getting sucked to the bottom of the ocean:

Close your eyes on the surface on a day so mild you can’t tell how much of your body is under the water while you float on the surface -> sink a bit, open your eyes surrounded by the vibrant bazaar of a coral reef -> close your eyes again, oh no you’re falling asleep and can’t move and it’s getting

Until it doesn’t matter if your eyes are open or closed and you’re lungs collapse and the water rushes in
