Dealer is my least favorite but there’s some all timers on there. Night Channels, The Magdalene, Eiffel, and Winding Cloth are all amazing.
Actually, tbh maybe I like it more than Albatross. Albatross just has much higher highs but I think that Dealer is way more consistent. Rory and The Medic elevate tf out of that record

They took all of your money, didn't they?
They count their tired alms from the poor.
They pissed on your dreams, didn’t they?
And wondered if you'd come back and give a little more.

Foxing x Taking Back Sunday x Coheed and Cambria is such a bonkers tour lineup and I am cool with it.

yall on that "foxing is the savior of music" grind gotta hop on the patreon. just subbed recently and there are so many killer demos from these sessions. theres a version of dead cat that turns into a borderline shug sounding track lmao

the dead cat demo has me seriously howling in laughter lmao this mf band made their heaviest and most intense track, hid it behind a bullshit annoying ass lounge track, and then when album time came around only released the lounge track
|

That's fun to hear demos. The last one I got into was Nearer my God. Before 'The Albatross' it was amusing to just hear some basically punk songs in their earliest years. They are on youtube obvs.

theyre pretty much all great. even the songs i dont like as much here like hell 99 and looks like nothing are a lot better i think. spit, barking and hall are the only ones where i concretely prefer the ogs

Oh they have every track here up as demos? That’s sick.
honestly I would buy it if they made it physical. I know that probably wouldn’t be profitable at all but I’d rather buy them then do the whole Patreon thing

only listened to Gratitude but damn this makes me appreciate the production even more. Eric did such an amazing job.
Hearing Hall of Frozen Heads lyrics in that context made me do a lil double take lol
