RYM's interface is a lot more intuitive tho, i'm not sure if this site even CAN modernize shit the way Sonemic did with RYM - if nothing else I prefer that I'm able to put in track ratings for most albums there. i mean christ i have to actually use a browser extension (dark reader) to make this site not hurt my damned eyes.

i will say that the userbase has gotten significantly worse in recent years. my fellow zoomers dont know how to act on there and its awful
as long as you just peruse the charts, interact w cool users, and find good lists from aforementioned cool users, its a chill time. in terms of music discovery for me, it cant be beat
