What's wrong with me? Why do I internalize the mainstreamification of music into not allowing myself to enjoy something that's objectively good? Haven't been able to stomach this album much since it came out, but on a road trip the other week, this came on and...I didn't skip it? I let 'er rip with my wife in the car and didn't feel like I was supposed to be embarassed?!



That being said the new singles slap my ass so I might have some excitement over this band for the first time in a few years.

I'm the total opposite of you on this one Nomos, this album is like my comfort blanket. I compulsively jam this like every other day to help me feel sane lol. I'm glad you're finally coming around to it. And yeah the new tracks slap ass, I need that EP asap

Most likely I was so drunk off the sound of their 2017 record that their evolution and trajectory since has made me a contrarian. Paired with the overexposure they've seen since.



Maybe I just need another tactical nuke of LSD to get out of a slump again LOL.

I've been slamming the new tracks. been following this band since the beginning and while I miss the proggier elements. they still riff and have the most catchy ass choruses. so much replay value for me

Their sound has changed so much since that first EP. They used to be so progressive. I'm conflicted about how I feel about it, I miss that old vibe but the newer more streamlined stuff slaps too so I dunno : /
