T/t fits great as a closer, really gives a different vibe to the dark sound of the rest of the album. Headless is just too deftones by the numbers for me and the lack of soaring choruses hurt it too much to break their top 3 albums for me.

He's great on here, sounded like he was going through the motions on Gore so nice to hear him sounding reinvigorated.



That goes for the whole band tbh.

I'd argue Gore was even worse than going through the motions for him. He adopted a kind of scream-shout kind of thing that was filtered and saturated as shit and was pushed in front in the mix and it just didn't work for me. That was his worst work vocally easily.
