Neither. From years of lurking, you seem like you're their biggest fan and you do have seem like you were enjoying the album before the sharp turn.



Agreed that there's some good things here but they are, more or less stuff we've heard before + Chris' synth which save a lot of songs from being outright bad/boring.

ihateit is catchy

I’m pretty sure nowadays there are people on the site that are more hardcore fans of the band than I am, but they were the band that got me into hardcore music and I think the previous three albums are pretty much perfect. I still think this album has good moments and I enjoy listening to the playlist I made but I don’t think they will ever come close to their previous work in terms of quality again.

there are some parts on here where it truly sounds like underoath, but the production, songwriting, and choruses bring everything down so much

i hit up the alternative tracklist rowan posted forever ago with the bonus tracks integrated and "no frame" as the closer. even though "rapture" and "wake me" are some of the weaker cuts, i still think the album's default tracklisting flows fairly well.



that said, "no frame" could make an awesome penultimate track, maybe not closer but penultimate track.



anyone got their own alternate tracklistings? im down to try more for the hell of it
