Good points and with all due respect I can see why you feel like it was rushed. Still, I feel a lot of the hate stems from the fact that this doesn’t fit as a good follow up to just how good Sunbather was. There are a lot of good ideas on this album but ya some haphazard riffs and that dreadfully out of place solo in Baby Blue bring this down a little bit for me... but not enough to where I consider it bad. First two songs and Come Back are amazing.
