I Liked this. There is not one gigantic song like on previous efforts... neighboorhood or my body is a cage, but it is quite a listen that i like to come back every once a while.

I also grew into liking lots of the lyrics: Getting the point of the singers being in a love-relationship and with this reflecting each other... getting some concept of the two cd's refelcting each other, with sequeling Here Comes The Night into another part for example. Or actually if they really wanted to they could have only produced one cd. I think it was on purpose to make a 2nd Reflekting-CD. Made conceptwise a difference maybe?! Jolly times while cleaning the kitchen!

I didn't mind this, I found their older stuff a little bit "innocent flower, hippy indie, shit" but this jams with synths and beats and bowie n shiz. I liked it, should probably look into their older stuff properly one day

This is pretty bad ass so far. I like what I've heard better than Neon Bible.

Using the album's message as an album dig. Nicely done.

I'm about halfway through now, and I am starting to get attacked by filler tracks.

The second disc > man, the best songs are still yet to come

awful sound - it's never over - porno - afterlife - supersymmetry is the best stretch of Arcade Fire songs since the second half of Funeral

I didn't dislike Flashbulb Eyes. Though, I thought it was the weakest of the first four. I could do without tracks 5-7 though.

I don't know. It came across a little cheesy for me. I got what they were going for, but trying too hard I thought.
