A must listen in autumn and a modern classic. Every song is either brilliant or fucking amazing. This is a 5.

The fire has been quelled and I’ve grown old and boring mate. This and PTs Lightbulb Sun are the best Wilson offerings for me.

Ello Tuna mate.
You don’t happen to dig Anathema by any chance do you? It’s all I listen to at the moment, I fear I’m going to be 20 stone wearing a Dream Theater t-shirt and sat outside a primary school come early summer.

I could never get into em really, maybe I'll give them another chance. As for Dream Theater, it'll take a lot before I'm wearing a dandruff dusted tshirt and listening to their latest release
and by release, I mean onto a bathroom wall

At this point, if PT ever came back it would be a Steven Wilson project, so I don't think it would be any different than his solo releases

That's what I've been saying. In my opinion you can hear a lot of similarities between the last two Porcupine Tree releases and Insurgentes, which were each released just a year apart. The follow-up Grace for Drowning is like a tapestry of all the styles Wilson likes playing too.
