i have... 1 witchfynde album, 1 possessed album, 3 burzum, 2 mayhem, by BoB. the only one that sounds good is the possessed one. filosofem is alright but you can't really fuck up the quality on filosofem

Only BoB pressing I have is Judas Priest's Painkiller and it was enough to convince me to never buy anything by them ever again. I don't understand how a company could fuck up so hard.

no one else is pressing most of those releases so they're getting a return anyway. i mean $25 for an okay-ish hvis lyset tar oss, or $400 for an original

I noticed they repressed a lot of second wave BM stuff and put out a lot of albums from the 90s that were never pressed on wax, tho. I'll give then that.

thing is they "repressed" albums whose master tapes aren't anymore available anyway. so it's kind of scammy
and even then, my mp3 download of witchfynde's give 'em all sounds better through my phone->receiver, way better than their pressing of it.
