Sorry, read it incorrectly. My apologies. Your post was so long, boring and(needless to say), unnecessary that I wasn't giving my full attention to it. Congrats kid. I didn't even need to give 100% of my effort to make you look like a pathetic fool. You did all of the work.
Also, didn't you say you were done?

i saw these live again last night for the first time since they brought out Messengers. They absolutely took the place apart.

"after four albums of basically the same shit you can't help but feel like you've heard it all before, be it from them on a previous album or from a scores of other bands that sound exactly like them"
so what if they all sound the same?? if you got a kick-ass formula, why the heck would you change it up?! If it works, it works. ABR doesnt need to change a thing!

Not everyone enjoys hearing the same stuff again and again. A band doesn't need to go all Kid A, but to me if a band doesn't evolve their sound at all, it becomes boring.

this album is solid. It is not completely different from their previous works, but in my opinion, they are still on the top of their game. They shred as musicians and the songs to me never get old. I can play a August Burns Red album over and over again and each time i love something different about the album. They dont follow a typical strong structure like many bands and they aren't instantly catchy. It takes lots of listens to comprehend the epicness of each album. What I love about them is that they dont follow lots of other bands and have a cheesy chorus sing along like others in their genre. They continue to do what they do best; technical metalcore music. This album may not be as good as constellations, but they album in its own right is amazing.

I'm going to be honest. With some bands, progression like this might seem like nothing. But for ABR, this is a huge step in terms of musicality. Yeah, maybe it's nothing major, but you have to accept it for what it is. In my opinion, this was a great CD, and one of my favorite metalcore albums of all time. I'm not a huge metalcore guy in the first place, but this album IS super solid, even if it may get a bit repetitive at times.
