@Toondude I'll admit that maybe they should have just put the interludes into the beginning of the songs, they act as segues into what to expect in terms of vibe and lyrical content in the next song. I'm not saying you SHOULD like this album of course, I get some of the hate, but you have to look at the interludes at a deeper level than just meaningless sounds.

My big complaint about this album is that it comes off kinda monochromatic, single-tones if you understand what I'm saying. Also I agree with Mongi over here, the interludes really help set the mood. I actually like listening to them as single songs sometimes like the Requiem and Radiance combo, Fallout, and that one with the weird title.

Right, I feel like there is a lot of variance of style inside the album but at the same time the mood and tone remain the same throughout. But then again that's a much smaller complaint than I have with any of their other albums.
