Fiction was a beautiful song on here but I couldn't get into most of them. Danger Line and Buried alive were awesome as well. The title track and God Hates us All are fucking annoying though.

The chorus in nightmare is irritating because of his fucking voice and God Hates Us has the worse attempt to return to their early days ever, with an annoying as fuck intro and outro that drags on way too long. Aside from that yeah I would agree. Nightmare is probably my third favorite Avenged Sevenfold, probably a 2.5 or a 3

damn, i knew the lyrics to fiction but I didn't know ol' boy wrote them. for some reason i figured the band wrote them from his perspective. am i the only person that thinks Danger Line sucks? It's sooo generic. I think I'm gonna have to bump my rating for this. It isn't that solid overall but it has enough good tracks to be a 3.5

Yeah The Rev wrote them and turned them in three days before he died along with the piano parts and partially completed vocal tracks, which is why M shadows had tosing over the top.

The Rev is honestly a really sad loss to the music industry. he was very talented with his quick rolls and taps and his vocals were nice to hear as well and his other band Pinkly Smooth were good as well

Waking The Fallen was a cool album but aside from that they are boring and do nothing original.
