mirrors has more energy, the vocals here sound a bit lazy at times, also the guitars on mirrors were just about perfect

mirrors has better guitar parts. the atmosphere on this record is flawless though, and the clean sections are really fucking beautiful. Also the only song I don't really dig on here is the second track, whereas on Mirrors there were quite a few songs I felt were filler. i also love the vocals on here i love the depth

everything does sound more simplified compared to their other works but this is better than Mirrors in production, the vocals are more deeper (maybe it's why you think they sound lazy), the Reset/Homecoming combo is better than anything on Mirrors.

yeah relinquished pretty much got it, its prolly the least technical and slowest of their albums but the atmosphere is fantastic, theres no filler, and yeah that combo at the end is fucking awesome.
