lol aids i absolutely agree with you, but while idiots like hans will tell you anything that meanders or experiments is just plain boring/bad, pretentiousness and indulgence can be just as entertaining and lovely as any simple, heartfelt piece of music. Im a huge, huge fan of their first two albums, and as over-the-top as even those are, I love them. Their work after this is pretentiousness done incorrectly.

Yes but calling them pretentious is a little ironic in the sense they have actually put out tons of complex material. You are boasting on about how pretentious they are, when they indeed have actually proven their worth and skill, makes you look like a pretty pretentious reviewer yourself, neh?
