damn the review alludes to it obviously but I didn’t even realize this was a solo project… dude has some insane talent, I’ll hold saying anything too definitive until we finally get that FUCKING Gorguts record but this is modern death metal at its fuckin finest, and all accomplished by one guy. Fuckin wild man

he's definitely impressive

there are a couple of moments where I wish he'd tone down the stop / start break this riff off hard cos I need to incorporate some jazzy noodling, but I can't deny his talent and it's certainly a lot more listenable than other comparably techy shit
