Facing Atlas does sound like generic ‘opening ceremonies’ music, little bit of a chore to get through, even though the album maybe needed a scene setter like it.
I do start the album at the T/T a lot though, it’s nearly all wall to wall incredible from there.

at some point you have to put aside your complete distain for anything even remotely commercial. The features are also fine and maybe projecting what you expect of an artist isn’t the best way to enjoy their music (and perhaps they know themselves better than you do with regards to their vision & ‘suitability’ for collabs but what do I know). I realise you can disagree with an artist’s direction but you do just come across as someone who’s salty than this wasn’t what you personally wanted.
