the cleans on TUK are kind of silly. On track Bemoan the Martyr you get a lot of the cleans and I swear I'm listening to some bad Chevelle or Deftones cover

"praise the filth" from Gomorrah must've inspired this album, also about social media and the final lines in "Malicious needs" are the same.

I haven't gotten a full playthrough done of this yet but I feel like it's better than the current average is suggesting.

I actually do kinda feel like the st anger comparison is appropriate for TUK. Both are awful and stand out in the their respective discogs as unique and uniquely awful at the same time

Unspoken King isn't THAT bad... until the cleans come in.

That's a cardinal sin of death metal

Not necessarily. On the last Allegaeon, for instance, they work. But those appear scarcely and are well executed, which isn't the case on King.

yeah i hear everyone complaining about the lyrics which most of the time do a good job of conveying the message without being too overbearing (other than Embrace The Nihility). the only really wack line is on Until There's Nothing Left.

"The net is wide, spread across the web" not gonna lie that made me laugh, but i'm a sucker for bad puns. again everyone gotta ravage everything that matt does when its not that bad at all. but i will say Embrace The Nihility is way too on the nose and feels poorly written. Matt can do better than that.

Whatever the dude's name is from Shit Token has the worst lyrics of all-time by a very large margin.
