The Gathering is top 4 for me

But so is this so far tbh, this is like the absolute perfect 90's metal experience for me, literally everything I find badass about the 90s perfected here

Low, The New Order, The Gathering and Practice What You Preach are my four favorites. I'm later in their discog now, now up to the snake album but I don't see that changing.

To me things picked up after demonic, but this has some really great guitar work by James Murphy. Really showed the band could hold up even without Alex there

James Murphy is a legend. Thrash metal. Death metal. Take your pick.

Fuck this album is really sinking in nicely. Perfect blend of a thrash base sound with groove / death metal influences, amazingly melodic solos, and sweeeet production
