Eh, it was bound to happen knowing Mechina. I think the new album cover is whatever, but I’m hoping the actual music is maybe a little better, considering they didn’t hold themselves to the “must release January 1st” schedule? Time will tell, I suppose!

Ngl, listening to When Honor Meant Something rn, and this is the most optimistic I’ve been about new Mechina in a hot minute. Sounds genuinely reinvigorating, and the death growls are back! Gave me the same chills that The Embers of Old Earth gave me back in Venator
