I personally just don't enjoy listening to it, it's not my kinda style i guess. not discrediting the album, just prefer most of his albums more.

also runaway is a little overrated, its a great song but not top 10 ye. Ghost Town is literally a better runaway.

overall, my opinion: it's overrated
however, if you DO love it, listen till the end of time. i don't like the style on it, and would rather listen to any from the bear trilogy in full before listening to this in full. i like the bear trilogy because of how classy it feels while maintaining an old-school feel to it, like a mash between old-school soul and the new style of that era. i like old school feelings in hiphop, that trilogy shows that while also maintaining a futuristic feel. MBDTF just isn't my cup of tea, because it feels mostly new, with mostly early-2010s style production/quirks, which isn't bad in any sense, just not what I personally like.
