Spiritbox has gone the way of Sirius XM metal which is fine, but not my preferred destination

"For all the praise her harsh vocals get, her tone reminds me too much of Randy Blythe who I hate. And her clean melodies are just not catchy enough to carry a song."
I get the Randy Blythe flavor too, In "Colossus" when she sings "Show your faces" you get it very clear, but in my case I don't dislike him, so no problem there. Im half album deep, is not bad but im not impressed so far.

Spiritbox = SB = Star Bucks
Coincidence? I don't think so.

I’d rather hear Tatiana song/scream in a different band.

The band's pretty tight, although I can think of one or two collaborations that would be interesting.

So much of this feels pointless. The band is just spinning its wheels and Tatiana is working overtime to make it all interesting and only somewhat successful at it. Now if she had a band the caliber of Azusa to work with...

Ummm, not sure I agree here, Jinjer sounds like a proper unit, not only Tatiana, they are all amazing musicians and she gets to shine thanks to the base they provide.

They're excellent musicians from a technical standpoint, but I found very little of the instrumental music on the album to be interesting tbh.

This band kinda frustrates me because they are all quite obviously talented but holy shit they cant write a song to grab my attention at all.

Their music is not easy to listen to, especially on this album, with no chorus-verse structure for the most part.
Tatiana is often the entry point, but what makes them interesting is the music imo.
