Exactly. I thought the interview was gonna last for only 30 minutes or so, but it lasted for well over an hour because we ended up just having a casual conversation for the last 25-30 minutes. lol

Yeah, half of what we talked about wasn't even on my list of questions, but came about naturally as we talked to each other. That made the interview as a whole so much easier, and I wasn't as nervous as I thought I'd be for this being the first one I've ever done. But as a little teaser to the interview, this is just some of the stuff we discussed:
-Prosthetic Records (their label)
-a whole bunch of bands ranging from Mastodon to Gorguts to Gojira to Cryptopsy to a whole lot more
-the concept of being technical for technicality's sake vs. technicality serving the music
-Frontwoman Katie Davies' life as a transgender woman
-Bassist Luke Fabian's awesome fingerpicking style on the album
And much more. Rest assured, it's gonna be a good one!

Agreed. Really good LP but it feels like there’s fluff. Also, there’s hardly anything powerviolence about this. Definitely feels more grindcore in the faster moments.
