So by most measures this album is great, but holy fuck why do they double track all the lead parts, and with out of tune guitars? It is absolutely maddening. Just listen to that last 15 seconds of Empty Grand Majesty. It’s like nails on a chalkboard. Not in a good way
But yeah like I said, fantastic stuff aside from that
