I don't know, Chamber the Cartridge is a pretty good sing along, and so are a few others. I agree though, it is better than RPM.

Man the intro for Broken english and Survive sound so similar. I own all of the RA CDs and love em all. This is a good CD.

Siren Song still owns this album. But this is a pretty damn good album. It's hard for me to decide if RPM or this is better. I'd say this is more mature and filled with less filler material than RPM was, but RPM had way more brutal energy. They seem to be slowing down a little and Tim's vocals have mellowed out a lot since Siren Song. Still awesome album. I give it a pretty solid 4.

Alright, I just listened to this album and some of their other songs, and loved it all. I'm a metal guy by rule, so it's not like I don't listen to this music, but any reccomendations for simmilar (good) bands?

I'd say Strike Anywhere. IMO they go in a pretty similar direction. Maybe older Thrice (around "Illusion of safety"), though that might be a stretch. Those would be the major ones I can think of

Good review for a great album. Rise Against is amazing. Fav song is bricks just because it feels more like real punk than the rest.

This album is ok. RPM is by far their best album with Siren Song in second. Even though the lyrical content is still there, I cant help but feel they've changed too much to fit the commercial aspect the label would be after.

Example: AFI - sing the sorrow. not a terrible release but look how much change there is from previous releases.
