Vinyl copy to be framed, cd copy to be jammed (anywhere)! m/
Well, at least now, since my old turntable decided to leave me here.
Except for the fact that I have no more adequate space to hang a frame.
@Jamie: it's okay haha music forums are here for that, right?

It's getting reissued on white 180g vinyl in these days if you are interested. I'd suggest to anyone to think about it if you don't have any physical copy of this album.

Guys if you are searching for a CD copy I just saw some (relatively) sweet prices here while searching around the web for the white vinyl: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ultraviolence-Death-Angel/dp/B000003BHR/ref=sr_1_6?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1454102538&sr=1-6&keywords=death+angel
After an egoistic impulse I felt like I had to buy the white reissue but when I clicked on 'get rates' for shipping at Metal Blade's shop I got wrecked instead.

Nah that's reductive. First side is already terrific, then you flip this thing and the t/t starts and you feel like you never lived before. My most played track here would be either Evil Priest or Voracious Souls.

Album makes me happy. Even the awesome opener "Thrashers" is only a small peak of the awesomeness within.

Does anyone think that the guitar tone sounds similar to the one used on Black Sabbath's "Symptom of The Universe?"

Can't believe Andy Galeon was only 14 when this album came out. He was good to blow away most (thrash) drummers of this time.

Beginning of Final Death does feel Symptom-ish.

@sabrutin The guitar tone in general has a bit of that Black Sabbath tinge to it imo, especially from their Sabotage record, but that's a very good thing imo. That and the bottom heavy production makes this among the heavier, louder thrash records of its time.
