I don’t think there is a single band in modern rock that I hate more than U2.
Everything about them screams arrogance and cringe-worthiness. Don’t mind their earlier stuff but would never listen to it again now after what they’ve become.

i myself dont care for vertigo much but my top u2 tracks after this are mercy, miracle drug, city of blinding lights, winter and moment of surrender. no line is honestly not too shabby an album if you ignore the disastrous two songs in the middle
this has great outtakes/other tracks from this period tho, as levitate, stateless, ground beneath her feet and electrical storm are better than all of this bar kite
