I was just listening to a YouTube stream while the album itself downloaded. I can tell the difference between the usual YT bitrate compression and a bad rip. There was definitely something wrong with the upload itself.

I've never been a huge Behemoth fan and I wasn't so hot on The Satanist like most others were, but I really like this album. I like that's stripped down and has these very gothic echoes throughout, but I don't dig some of the instrumentation which feels just too basic black metal that we've heard a billion times before.

Man, after one listen this was thoroughly enjoyable all the way through, instantly memorable, and had amazing flow all the way through. 4 for now. I'll check it out a few more times in the next few days before either bumping or downgrading it.
