My issue with this album is that only half of it lives up to the self-titled album, while self-titled was really enjoyable till the end. This album dies for me at "Never Forget."

Debut has a couple of duds imo (Chemicals and especially Cute Machines, you got to be fucking kidding me with that song lmao), but yeah agreed with your comment.
Had to check the lyrics of ''Angry Guru'' online cause I thought I misheard the first verses. Lol nope.

Actually Daron penned a lot of SOAD's lyrics as early as Toxcicity. And they were all miles better than these, so I don't know he is thinking with this shit.

I think the biggest shock from this album comes from the fact it sounds like it was made in 2008. There's not an ounce of musical progression from 10 years of waiting.
