lovely record. love the melodic elements to it, more prominent than a lot of the ambient I've checked

Because of the extensive Frahm punnery this album still holds in the 'trending albums' section.

He owes you one now.

He'll make an album about me. Knowing his pace it'll be some time next week.

For some reason this bloke decides to play at a 300 capacity venue in a city with 400,000+ people. Literally hundreds are trying to get tickets for him where I am

Weird because in London he literally played 3 dates in one massive venue just to satiate demand

Finally got around to listening to this. Pretty unique stuff as far as modern composers go. The standout for me is the intimacy of the recording, it's really remarkable. The sound of the keys being depressed makes it feel like you're in the studio with him

Yeah, in retrospective, this is pretty amazing. I love how you can clearly hear him hammering the keys on My Friend the Forest.

Soo, this is the only Nils Frahm album I've heard. It's pretty enjoyable, somewhere between a 3.5 and a 4 for me. What should I check out next?
