It happens all the time, maybe because users got so emotional that the band evolved like meshuggah but then, the real listeners comes and break the fake wall for them.

Then again, even a 2.8 average is odd for Nickelback

I didn't listen the album honestly, but Is this the closest thing they got to silver side up musically talking?

It is. I do still prefer Silver Side Up (that's my favorite by them), but this has a number of moments that match that album

Awesome.

I just wish there were less ballads on this, but obviously that's a complaint that could be applied to most Nickelback albums

Is it just me who's getting a little tired of the "let's take the power back" bullshit these types of bands keep using as a theme recently? Seems extremely fake to me.

to be fair, they wouldn't come across as being remotely authentic regardless of their chosen aesthetic and subject matter

"The lyrics on here for the most part are dire."
'Icky of the sticky' is top 1 worst Nickelback lyric ever IMO

@Rodrigo90 It's so sad that most popular Canadian bands of this generation sucks. Finger eleven and our lady peace are the 2 only of the 90's-00's generation which are worthy.
Umm... Matthew Good Band/Matt Good solo, Big Wreck, Wintersleep, Tragically Hip, I Mother Earth
