The fact that Travis Barker has the few highlights that he has on this whole project is another thing that didn't sit right with me.

+44 has too much emotional significance to me to not be my fav but box car is incredible too. my top 3 blink releases are those two and s/t

Been jamming the second disc again lately, and though I've liked it better than the first disc, even this isn't resonating with me as much anymore
I just can't get over the inferior songwriting, the overly shiny production, and all the "I don't wanna grow up" bullshit.

Yeah this is just as boring as the first disc, but it houses the best song of the two by far: 6/8

Idk maybe it was because I listened to both discs in one sitting, which I think is fair, but the only songs that left an impression on me on this disc were Misery, Wildfire, and 6/8.

both in one sitting!?!?!?! i like these albums and all but wow ya thats a way to make none of the songs stand out for sure lol. i totally get the hate especially cos i used to detest everything these sessions yielded

To be fair I wasn’t just listening while doing nothing. I used it while I was doing a bunch of housework but yeah haha. Idk maybe I’ll go back and listen to just this disc eventually

i kinda prefer the regular one tbh cos the bad songs on this are way way worse (except the california t/t yiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiikes)
plus left alone, san diego and only thing that matters are my top 3 songs from both. cynicals a ripper too

My faves on the original were bored to death and rabbit hole, but cynical and San Diego were definitely on the better end too. Idk not many songs offended me at all on either disk. They were just both filled with too much samey material that all blended together imo. Most of the blame for that I’m pinning on the Feldmeister tho. I hope they come back with an album where he has no involvement. I would be interested in hearing that.

shame hes actually working on the new album with them but i do think the majority of the blame is on him so if the yget away theyll make a ripper of an album
